HOW LONG DOES ENGRAVING TAKE?

Generally an extra 1-2 business days. It's our peak season for engraving, but our team is awesome and we're staying caught up!

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PRO PENDANTS AND REGULAR PENDANTS?

Our Pro Pendants are generally thicker, bigger and heavier. They are our premium option and they include a 4.5mm cuban or you can upgrade to a 6mm cuban. Our Regular Pendants are thinner and lighter. They come with a 3mm chain or you can upgrade to a 3mm or 4.5mm cuban.

WHAT CHAIN LENGTH SHOULD I GET?

We recommend checking the size chart on the product page, but generally kids under 12 years old will wear 18" or 20" if they want it a little longer. Most average men will wear 22" or 24" chains. Most women wear 18" or 20" chains.
