Return and Exchange Policy:
To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience at Elite Athletic Gear, we are pleased to offer FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES on domestic (U.S.) orders. We understand when you shop online you cannot always try on sizes or see exact colors, so we provide 100% worry free shopping by offering a free pre-paid return label to send back any items for a return or exchange. You may exchange or return the item(s) ordered only if they are unworn and in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. 🎁 Extended returns/exchanges during the holiday season! Orders placed 11/1/25-12/31/25 can be returned or exchanged until 1/31/25.
You are granted ONE free return or exchange per order. Any additional request will result in a $5 charge per additional shipping label provided. Original outbound shipping costs are NON REFUNDABLE.
Exchanges must be for same value products. Any price differences will be charged during in the portal for the difference.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or returns on international orders shipped outside of the United States.

Returning Pendant Necklaces:
Pendant Necklaces must be returned as a complete set — this includes the pendant, chain, and packaging. Partial returns for a refund will not be accepted or processed. If you just need to exchange a chain length or pendant size that is completely fine!
RETURNS & EXCHANGES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE ON:
- Customized products
- Engraved products
- Mystery products
- Used or worn products
- Blemished wristbands
- Clearance items
- Wholesale orders
- Mystery boxes
All products listed are considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, even if included in a return request. We will not process the refund or exchange and we will not ship the items back.
Returns & Exchanges on Bundles or Packs:
If you would like to return a bundle or pack you must return the entire bundle. For example: If you ordered a 10 for $115 Pack of Headbands - you must send back all 10 headbands. Our bundles are discounted and must be returned as an entire pack. Partial bundle returns will not be accepted. If you would like to exchange a bundle for a different size or design, please follow the exchange instructions above.
Free Gift Policy:
If your order included a free promotional gift, the gift must be returned if your return value brings the total order value below the promotion threshold. If the free gift is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged Shipments or Defective Products Upon Delivery:
Unlike other brands, we will NEVER charge you extra for "shipping insurance" for lost or damaged shipments as we strongly stand behind our products and our customers. We will replace any damaged or defective products at no cost to you. However, we MUST receive email within 3 days of receiving the product with a photo of the damage/defect and we’ll work with you individually to resolve the issue.
