Return and Exchange Policy: 

EXTENDED RETURN/EXCHANGE PERIOD DURING THE HOLIDAYS: Orders placed between November 15, 2023 - December 25, 2023 can be returned or exchanged up until January 31, 2024.

To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience at Elite Athletic Gear, we are pleased to offer FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES on domestic orders. We understand when you shop online you cannot always try on sizes or see exact colors, so we provide 100% worry free shopping by offering a free pre-paid return label to send back any items for a return or exchange. You may exchange or return the item(s) ordered only if they are unworn and in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange *Original outbound shipping costs are NON REFUNDABLE.

Please email us at info@eliteathleticgear.com with your order number to request a return or exchange and we will send you a prepaid return label along with directions to process the request.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or returns on orders shipped outside of the United States. 

We do not assume responsibility for misdirected, lost or damaged return or exchange shipments. Shipments must be returned via the pre-paid USPS label we provide unless we notify you otherwise.

You are granted ONE (1) free return or exchange per order. Any additional request will result in a $5 charge per additional shipping label provided.

If you return an order that was over $50+ that qualified for free shipping and the items being returned drop below the $50 threshold then the applicable shipping rate will be deducted from the total of the return amount. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE ON: 

- Customized products

- Engraved products

- Mystery products

- Used or worn products 

- Blemished wristbands

- Clearance items 

- Wholesale orders 

Product Guarantee: 

We strongly stand behind our products and guarantee the quality. We will replace any defective products at no cost to you. However, we MUST receive email notification within 3 days of receiving the product with a photo of the defect and we’ll work with you individually to resolve the issue.
