Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders ship from our warehouse in Bradenton, Florida.

Most orders ship the same or next business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders containing customized or engraved products may require 1 additional business day before shipment.

Please note: delivery estimates begin once the carrier picks up your package, not when your order is placed or when a tracking label is created.

Standard Shipping

Standard Shipping is available on all U.S. orders and starts at $5.99, with rates increasing based on order weight.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $50.

Estimated transit time: 3–7 business days after carrier pickup

Standard Shipping may ship through the best available carrier based on your order size, weight, and destination. Transit times are estimates and may vary due to weekends, holidays, weather, carrier delays, or peak-season volume.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited Shipping is available on most U.S. orders and starts at $19.99, with rates increasing based on order weight.

Estimated transit time: 2–3 business days after carrier pickup

Expedited orders are prioritized by our warehouse, but delivery estimates still begin once the carrier picks up the package. Expedited Shipping may ship through the best available expedited carrier based on your order size, weight, and destination.

Please note that Expedited Shipping is not a guaranteed delivery service unless specifically stated at checkout.

Order Processing & Carrier Pickup

Most orders ship the same or next business day. However, there may be a delay between when a tracking label is created and when the carrier physically picks up the package.

For example, if your order is packed and a shipping label is created after our daily carrier pickup has already occurred, your package may be picked up the next business day.

This means your tracking may show as “label created” or “pre-shipment” until the carrier scans the package into their network. Unfortunately, we cannot control the exact time our carriers arrive for daily pickups, so packages packed after that day’s pickup may not be scanned into the carrier network until the next business day.

Tracking Information

Every order receives a tracking number by email once the order is packed and the shipping label is created.

Please allow up to 48 hours / 2 business days for tracking to update after your label is created, especially during weekends, holidays, or peak shipping periods.

If your tracking has not updated after 2 business days, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Customized & Engraved Products

Orders containing customized, personalized, or engraved products may require 1 additional business day before shipment.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Engraved pendant necklaces
Number or initials customization on arm sleeves, headbands, cleat covers, wrist sleeves, etc.

If your order includes both customized and non-customized products, your full order will ship together once the customized item is complete.

Custom logo orders generally ship within 5-7 business days. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries available during checkout.

Estimated international transit time: 5–21 business days

International orders may ship through DHL, UPS or another available international carrier depending on the destination.

We do not offer exchanges or returns on international orders.

Please make sure all shipping and contact information is entered correctly at checkout, including:

Full name
Complete mailing address
Apartment, suite, or unit number
Email address
Phone number

All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are paid during checkout when available. If you receive a notice that additional fees, taxes, or duties are owed, please contact us.

If an international shipment is refused, undeliverable, or returned to us, the customer is responsible for all original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and reshipment fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused or undeliverable shipments.

Incorrect Shipping Address

During checkout, you are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Elite Athletic Gear is not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address due to customer input error.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the cost to reship the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please use the EDIT ORDER feature in the order confirmation email or from the order status page to correct it before it ships.

If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. 

Lost, Delayed, or Undeliverable Packages

Elite Athletic Gear is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been picked up by the carrier.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated at checkout.

If a package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with:

- Household members
- Neighbors
- Front desk, mailroom, or leasing office
- Your local carrier office
