Domestic Shipping:
All orders are shipped within 1 business day of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. We offer FREE U.S. Shipping on Orders Over $50! Please allow up to 2-10 business days for delivery; excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping costs for orders under $50 will be determined by the weight of the order. You can see any expedited shipping options and rates during checkout. Below are our most common rates for USPS First Class Mail:

Expedited Shipping:
USPS PRIORITY MAIL (Estimated 2-4 business days) shipping is available on all domestic orders for an additional fee depending on your orders weight. 2-4 business days is from the time the package is accepted into the USPS network, not from when you place your order. Transit time excludes weekends and holidays. Exceptions apply and delivery time is NOT guaranteed. Business days are classified as Monday-Friday. Priority Mail orders must be placed prior to 11AM EST for same day shipping.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS (Estimated 1-2 business days) shipping is available for most domestic orders for an additional fee depending on your orders weight. 1-2 business days is from the time the package is picked up by USPS, not from when you place your order. Exceptions apply and delivery time is guaranteed. Business days are classified as Monday-Friday and excludes holidays. Priority Mail Express orders must be placed prior to 11AM EST for same day shipping.
Tracking Information:
Every order will receive a tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours (2 business days) for your tracking status to update.
International Shipping:
We only offer international shipping to select countries that are listed during checkout. Please allow 5-21 business days for international orders to arrive by DHL. *WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS*
Please make sure to fill out all shipping and contact information correctly to avoid extended delays in shipping times. This includes your name, mailing address, box/apartment number, email and phone number.
All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are paid during checkout. If you receive any notice that additional fees/taxes/duties are owed please contact us.
Please Note: If your order is undeliverable or you refuse delivery of the shipment, you are responsible for all shipping fees and reshipment fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
During checkout, you certify that you are providing the correct shipping address. Please be sure to check your shipping address for errors prior to completing your purchase. We can not be held responsible for products shipped to the wrong address due to input error.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the shipping cost for the reshipment of your order. Elite Athletic Gear is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice a discrepancy in your shipping address, you must contact us immediately at (888) 220-8050 ext. 2 or by email at info@eliteathleticgear.com. If the order has not shipped by the time you contact us then we may be able to update the shipping address.
