Shipping:

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. We offer FREE U.S. Shipping on Orders Over $50! Domestic orders under $50 will be offered affordable shipping options based on your orders weight. Please allow up to 2-10 business days for delivery; excluding weekends and holidays.

Expedited Shipping:

USPS PRIORITY MAIL (2-3 business days) shipping is available on all domestic orders for an additional fee depending on your orders weight. 2-3 business days is from the time the package is picked up by USPS, not from when you place your order. Exceptions apply and delivery time is NOT guaranteed. Business days are classified as Monday-Friday. Priority Mail orders must be placed prior to 11AM EST for same day shipping.

Tracking Information:

Every order will receive a tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours (1 business day) for your tracking status to update. 

International Shipping:

We ship to select countries via USPS and DHL. International locations that we currently ship to are Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, Germany, Denmark and Norway. International shipping rates will vary depending on your shipping carrier, your country and your orders weight. Please allow 5-21 days for international orders to arrive.

Please make sure to fill out all information correctly to avoid extended delays in shipping times. This includes your name, mailing address and phone number.

*All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs if the package is undeliverable and returned to us.

Please Note: If you refuse delivery of the shipment, you are responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes; in this case, all such return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes will be billed to the method of payment you used. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

During checkout, you certify that you are providing the correct shipping address. Please be sure to check your shipping address for errors prior to completing your purchase. We can not be held responsible for products shipped to the wrong address due to input error. 

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the shipping cost for the reshipment of your order. Elite Athletic Gear is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice a discrepancy in your shipping address, you must contact us immediately at (888) 220-8050 ext. 2 or by email at info@eliteathleticgear.com. If the order has not shipped by the time you contact us then we will be able to update the shipping address.

All orders will be shipped from Barnegat, New Jersey.

Return and Exchange Policy: 

To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience at Elite Athletic Gear, we are pleased to offer returns and exchanges. You may exchange or return the item(s) ordered only if they are unworn and in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange (less shipping costs). Please email us at info@eliteathleticgear.com to request our Returns / Exchanges Form. 

All returns must have the original packaging. If you would like us to provide a return shipping label, the cost of that label will be deducted from the return value. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable restocking fee if products are returned without packaging or damaged/used products. All exchanges in the United States are processed and sent out immediately with no shipping costs added to your original order. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to get the products back to us for exchanges and returns.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or returns on orders shipped outside of the United States. 

We do not assume responsibility for misdirected, lost or damaged return or exchange shipments. Shipments must be returned via USPS with tracking information. 

Product Guarantee: 

We strongly stand behind our products and guarantee the quality. We will replace any defective products at no cost to you. However, we MUST receive email notification within 3 days of receiving the product with a photo of the defect and we’ll work with you individually to resolve the issue.
