To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience at Elite Athletic Gear, we are pleased to offer FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES on domestic orders. We understand when you shop online you cannot always try on sizes or see exact colors, so we provide 100% worry free shopping by offering a free pre-paid return label to send back any items for a return or exchange. You may exchange or return the item(s) ordered only if they are unworn and in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange (original outbound shipping costs are NON REFUNDABLE). Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or returns on orders shipped outside of the United States.

If you return an order that was over $50+ that qualified for free shipping and the items being returned drop below the $50 threshold then the applicable shipping rate will be deducted from the total of the return amount.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL (2-4 business days) shipping is available on all domestic orders for an additional fee depending on your orders weight. 2-4 business days is from the time the package is accepted into the USPS network, not from when you place your order. Transit time excludes weekends and holidays. Exceptions apply and delivery time is NOT guaranteed. Business days are classified as Monday-Friday. Priority Mail orders must be placed prior to 11AM EST for same day shipping.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS (1-2 business days) shipping is available for most domestic orders for an additional fee depending on your orders weight. 1-2 business days is from the time the package is picked up by USPS, not from when you place your order. Exceptions apply and delivery time is guaranteed. Business days are classified as Monday-Friday and excludes holidays. Priority Mail Express orders must be placed prior to 11AM EST for same day shipping.
UPS OVERNIGHT (1 business day) shipping is available for most domestic orders for an additional fee depending on your orders weight and location. Overnight orders must be placed prior to 11AM EST to ensure it arrives the next day. Orders WILL NOT be delivered on Saturday or Sunday. For example: If you place at order at 9AM EST on Friday then your order will arrive by the end of the day on Monday. If you order at 10AM EST on Tuesday then your order will arrive by the end of the day on Wednesday.
Every order will receive a tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours (1 business day) for your tracking status to update.
We ship to select countries via USPS and DHL (Canada only - email us if you would like a DHL quote). Please allow 5-21 business days for international orders to arrive by your local post office. *WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS*

Incorrect Shipping Address:
During checkout, you certify that you are providing the correct shipping address. Please be sure to check your shipping address for errors prior to completing your purchase. We can not be held responsible for products shipped to the wrong address due to input error.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the shipping cost for the reshipment of your order. Elite Athletic Gear is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice a discrepancy in your shipping address, you must contact us immediately at (888) 220-8050 ext. 2 or by email at email@example.com. If the order has not shipped by the time you contact us then we will be able to update the shipping address.
All orders will be shipped from our headquarters in Waretown, New Jersey.
We strongly stand behind our products and guarantee the quality. We will replace any defective products at no cost to you. However, we MUST receive email notification within 3 days of receiving the product with a photo of the defect and we’ll work with you individually to resolve the issue.
