WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PRO & REGULAR PENDANTS?

Our Pro Pendants are generally thicker, bigger and heavier. They are our premium option and they include a 4.5mm cuban or you can upgrade to a 6mm cuban. Our Regular Pendants are generally thinner and a lighter. They come with a 3mm chain or you can upgrade to a 3mm or 4.5mm cuban.

CAN THIS GET WET?

Yes, our pendants and necklaces are water and sweat proof. You can confidently wear them in the shower or pool.

Will this turn my neck green?

No, our high quality 316L grade stainless steel is guaranteed to not turn your neck green.

What length necklace should I get?

We recommend checking the size chart on the product page, but below are generally what we see: Kids under 12 years old will wear 18 inch chains or 20 inch if they want it a little longer. Teens 20-22 inches. Men will wear 22-26 inch chains. Women will wear 18-20 inch chains.

Once received - we will work directly with you to either repair or replace the product.
